Payment

A non refundable $200 retainer fee is required to secure your session date and location. The balance is required at the completion of the photo session. I currently accept cash, check, and Venmo. Credit card payments will be available in the near future :)


Sales & Digital Products

All products are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final once images have been downloaded. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.  


File Responsibility

Clients are responsible for saving and backing up their purchased images within the first week of delivery. We recommend making multiple copies on your computer and/or external storage. If you experience any issues with your files, please contact us promptly for support.


Online Gallery Access

Your private online gallery will be available for up to two weeks. After that time, the gallery will be removed and archived. Access to archived galleries may be requested for a $25 retrieval fee.

File Type for downloaded images

Wild Light Lens Photography does not provide RAW (unedited) image files under any circumstances.


Photography is an artistic process that includes both capturing the image and professionally editing it. The final edited images represent my work, style, and brand. For this reason, only completed images are delivered to clients.


All delivered photographs will receive standard professional editing, including color correction, exposure adjustments, and lighting enhancements. Final images are provided in high-resolution JPEG format suitable for printing, sharing, and personal use.


Photo Edits

All images delivered by Wild Light Lens Photography include professional color correction, exposure adjustments, contrast enhancements, and other standard edits to ensure a polished and consistent final gallery.


My editing style is focused on creating natural, authentic images while preserving the genuine appearance of the people and moments photographed. For this reason, extensive retouching is not included with standard sessions.  In some cases, I may choose to remove temporary blemishes or minor distractions at my discretion; however, this should not be expected for every image.


Additional retouching services are available for an extra fee, including but not limited to:

  • Removal of blemishes, acne, or skin imperfections
  • Hair flyaway removal
  • Object or person removal
  • Background cleanup
  • Advanced skin retouching
  • Other detailed image modifications

If you would like specific edits beyond standard color and lighting corrections, please let me know.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

If cancellation is necessary, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. In the case of inclement weather or conditions that prevent the session from taking place, we will reschedule at no additional cost.


Timeliness & Preparation

Clients are expected to arrive on time to ensure the best possible results, especially when working within limited lighting conditions such as golden hour. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may require rescheduling, and a reschedule fee may apply.
